How a project moves from BOQ to final bill

Every estimate, material issue, labour entry and bill is recorded once and linked to the site it belongs to.

    Prepare the BOQ from your item rates. Once the client approves it, it becomes the project budget with stages and payment milestones.

  2. Supply the site

    Supervisors raise material requests, and the store issues or the vendor delivers against the site, so site stock is updated as it moves.

  3. Execute & track

    Labour attendance, subcontractor work and daily progress are recorded on site, while cost builds up against the budget in real time.

  4. Bill & close

    Each signed-off milestone becomes a GST invoice. Final accounts, labour balances and site stock are settled before the project closes.
